Noakhali Express sign Sri Lankan star Kusal Mendis

Sri Lankan wicketkeeper-batter Kusal Mendis has officially joined Noakhali Express as their first major overseas signing ahead of the franchise’s maiden Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) campaign.
