Shykat Ali will lead Noakhali Express in this season’s tournament.
Meanwhile, the Chattogram Royals franchise has also confirmed its captain for the new BPL season.
Mahedi Hasan has been named to lead Chattogram as the team prepares to begin its campaign in the tournament starting tomorrow.
