Abdul Gaffar Saqlain provided late resistance with a quickfire 32 off just 15 deliveries, including three sixes, but regular wickets prevented Rajshahi from posting a bigger total.

In reply, Chattogram paced the chase smartly. Mirza Baig anchored the innings with a patient 45 off 47 balls, sharing a solid opening partnership with Mohammad Naim, who scored 30 off 38.
After brief stutters in the middle overs, Hasan Nawaz’s 20 off 14 and Asif Ali’s 11 off eight kept the required rate under control.
Captain Mahedi finished the match in style, smashing two sixes in an unbeaten 19 off nine balls as Chattogram reached 134 for four in 19.3 overs.
