Nahid suffered the injury to the left side of his body while bowling in the second T20I at Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo. He left the field after delivering 2.3 overs, having taken 1 wicket for 15 runs.
The 23-year-old had earlier produced his career-best T20I figures in the opening match of the series.

He is expected to begin rehabilitation after a month of rest.
