Bangladesh are set to host Pakistan for a five-match ODI series in 2027, according to the Bangladesh Cricket Board's (BCB) reported media rights tender for its home international fixtures over the 2026 and 2027 calendar years.

The BCB has reportedly invited bids for the television and digital media rights covering all home international matches during the two-year period.

While the board is yet to officially unveil its Future Tours Programme (FTP) schedule, the tender document offers an early glimpse of Bangladesh's home assignments, including an expanded five-match ODI series against Pakistan.

If confirmed, the series would mark one of the longest bilateral ODI contests between the two Asian rivals in recent years and provide valuable preparation ahead of future ICC events.

Pakistan last toured Bangladesh earlier this year for a white-ball and red-ball campaign. Bangladesh claimed the three-match ODI series 2-1 before producing a dominant display in the Test series, completing a 2-0 clean sweep over the visitors.

The reported tender also outlines Bangladesh's home fixtures against several other touring nations across 2026 and 2027, with the BCB expected to announce the full international schedule in due course.
