Responding to a question in Parliament, Aminul said the BCB is implementing long-term plans to improve players' technical, tactical and mental skills, particularly batting, across age-group teams, the High-Performance unit, Bangladesh 'A' team and the national side.
Experienced local and overseas coaches, along with technology-based analysis and performance monitoring, are being used to strengthen the batting unit.
He added that Bangladesh have recently produced encouraging results against strong opponents such as Pakistan and Australia, while the women's team also enjoyed success with a victory over Pakistan in the 2026 ICC Women's T20 World Cup.
Aminul also noted that emerging batters from age-level competitions, the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) and the Dhaka Premier League (DPL) are earning national team opportunities, helping build a stronger batting lineup for the future.
