Among 23 players from Bangladesh who registered for the 100-ball competition, only Mustafizur Rahman and Rishad Hossain were included in the final list.
Rishad had entered the draft with a reserve price of £75,000, but no franchise showed interest in signing the Bangladesh leg-spinner during the auction.
However, franchises may still call his name later in the draft if they decide to add more players to their squads.
Meanwhile, Shaheen Shah Afridi has withdrawn from the longlist ahead of today’s auction, joining four other international players who have opted out of the process.
The Pakistan white-ball captain is among five players to pull out, alongside Sunil Narine, Quinton de Kock, Allah Ghazanfar and Peter Siddle.
Tournament organisers confirmed that the five players will not be replaced on the list or in the sets they were originally assigned to.
As a result, some sets in the auction will now feature only four players as proceedings continue.
