The draft will be held on March 12 in London, with proceedings beginning with the announcement of 10 marquee players.
A total of 243 cricketers have been shortlisted after franchises submitted their preferred names from the initial 710-player long list published by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB).
While Bangladesh had 23 players in contention, most notable names, including Litton Das, Taskin Ahmed, Mehidy Hasan Miraz and Najmul Hossain Shanto, failed to make the cut.
Pakistan, meanwhile, has 14 players in the final list. Pacer Haris Rauf is among the 10 marquee overseas players with whom the draft will begin.
Other prominent Pakistani cricketers shortlisted include Shaheen Shah Afridi, Shadab Khan and Mohammad Amir.
The ECB and the tournament’s eight franchises said selections were made based on performance, availability and team requirements.
This year’s competition will run from July 21 to August 16, with private investors joining the tournament for the first time following the sale of team shares.
