In the aftermath of Pakistan’s high-voltage defeat to India national cricket team in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup, former captain Shahid Afridi has called for sweeping changes to the T20I side, openly questioning the place of Babar Azam, Shadab Khan, and even his son-in-law Shaheen Afridi.

Afridi, never one to shy away from bold opinions, has long emphasized accountability in big tournaments.

Speaking on SAMAA TV, Afridi said: “Drop Shaheen, drop Shadab, and drop Babar. They’ve always let us down in crucial big games.”
