'India are favourites' - Tamim Iqbal

Bangladesh’s dashing left-handed opening batsman has labeled India as the favourites to win the Nidahas trophy while also calling for his team to snap out of panicking after being on a losing streak, from which the
team are yet to get out. Ever since their tour of South Africa, the Tigers have
lost all their series, including the tri-nation, Test and T20I series against
Sri Lanka.
As a result, there seems to be a bad aura around the team
which is causing them to panic, something that hasn’t gone down well with
Iqbal. Tamim believes that one win could change everything and that everyone should
refrain from being worried.
‘I and everyone in the team believe that we are just one win
away from getting out of this place (bad run of form).

‘We tend to get panicked every time. We just lost one series
and I think we are panicking. We have to stop this.'
When asked about who are the favourites to win the upcoming
Nidahas tri-series, Tamim Iqbal mentioned that India are in good nick and are
the firm favourites to bathe in glory.
‘India are favourites, they are in great form. This format
[T20Is] is so interesting that the game can change at many moment.’
