Captain Litton Das returns to the squad after recovering from injury, while all-rounder Mohammad Saifuddin has been dropped from the side that faced Afghanistan in the previous series.
Litton had suffered a rib injury during the Asia Cup clash against India and missed the Super Four matches against India and Pakistan, though he remained with the team.
The wicketkeeper-batter also sat out the subsequent home ODI series against the West Indies as he continued his recovery.
Soumya Sarkar, who missed the Afghanistan series due to visa complications despite being selected, has not been included in the T20 squad this time either, even after scoring 91 runs in his latest innings.
Bangladesh and West Indies will play the three T20Is on October 27, 29, and 31 at the Birshreshtha Motiur Rahman Stadium in Chattogram.
