Defending a modest total of 103 for 7, Bangladesh produced a clinical bowling performance to restrict UAE to 69 for 9 from their 20 overs.
Bangladesh's innings got off to a poor start as Dilara Akter was dismissed for a duck in the opening over. Juairiya Ferdous made 16 before captain Nigar Sultana scored 23 to help steady the innings.
Sharmin Akhter then played the most important knock of the innings, scoring 38 off 31 balls with three fours. However, regular wickets prevented Bangladesh from building a bigger total, with Suraksha Kotte starring for UAE with exceptional figures of 3 for 11 from four overs.
Despite the modest target, Bangladesh's bowlers made sure there would be no comeback from UAE.
Marufa Akter struck early to remove UAE captain Esha Oza and finished with 2 for 9. Sultana Khatun was equally economical, conceding just 10 runs in her four overs while taking one wicket.
Rabeya Khan led the wicket-taking effort with 3 for 14, while Nahida Akter claimed two wickets as UAE struggled throughout their chase. Fahima Khatun also picked up a wicket to complete a dominant collective bowling display.
No UAE batter managed to cross 20, with Heena Hotchandani's 18 the highest score of the innings.
The 34-run victory confirmed Bangladesh's place in the semi-finals, where they will now face India in a highly anticipated clash.
