Pakistan thrash India in U-19 Asia Cup

Pakistan U-19 Azan Awais scored a ton to thrash India U-19 by eight wickets in the ongoing U-19 Asia Cup at the ICC Academy, Dubai.
With the win, Pakistan consolidated the top spot in Group A. Saad Baig, who also played an unbeaten knock of 68 runs, put on a fine century stand for the third wicket with Awais (105*) to take Pakistan home with 18 balls remaining.
Opener Shahzaib Khan (63) laid the foundation of the 260-run target.
For India, Murugan Abhishek was the lone wicket taker, who picked up two wickets.
Earlier, Adarsh Singh, Uday Saharan and Sachin Dhas scored a half-century each as India posted 259 for 9 against Pakistan. Adarsh scored 62 while Uday Saharan hit 60.
Tight pace bowling attack from Pakistan kept India at bay for a fair period before the partnership between Adarsh and Uday for the third wicket turned the tables.
Mohammad Zeeshan was the pick of the bowling attack taking four wickets and Amir Hasan and Ubaid Shah each took two wickets for Pakistan.
