Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan has been ruling world cricket for Bangladesh for a long time now as Bangladesh technical consultant Sridharan Sriram kept Shakib in the same queue with two pace bowling all-rounders Hardik Pandya and Ben Stokes.
Stokes was the hero of England's only ODI World Cup as he has some amazing performances for his country.
Yesterday [Sunday} Pandya starred with bat and ball to lead India to a five-wicket win over Pakistan in a last-over T20 thriller in the Asia Cup. He took 3 wickets for 25 runs, while finished the game with the bat, scored 33 off 17.

Based on Pandya's performance, Sriram said in a press conference at the ICC Cricket Academy ground on Monday that having an all-rounder of this quality is always add advantage for any team.

"There is always a place for all-rounders in T20 because if someone can bowl four overs and can bat at five or six and can hit sixes that is invaluable, but Hardik Pandya and Ben Stokes come very rarely," Sriram said.
"Somewhere I read India plays with 12 players when Hardik is around. We also have Shakib who bowls four overs and bat and definitely that is an advantage," he added.
Sriram also felt how good Shakib is when he was in the opposing team. The left-handed all-rounder is working more intensively as the captain of the T20 team.
After getting to know Shakib better, the former Indian all-rounder understands where he differs from the rest of the Bangladeshi cricketers.
“The key difference is exposure. He plays in different leagues, plays in different conditions. Played in IPL for many years. Played in CPL, playing around the world. I think this is a big difference. This is what made Shakib different from others. We have to try to give Bangladeshi players as much exposure as possible, so that they can learn quickly" he said.
