Cricket South Africa (CSA) has announced the schedule several months ahead of the series. Alongside Bangladesh’s fixtures, CSA has also confirmed home series schedules against Australia and England.
South Africa’s home summer will begin with a series against Australia, featuring three ODIs and three Tests.
Following Australia’s departure, Bangladesh will arrive in South Africa in the first week of November. Bangladesh will begin the tour with a two-match Test series.
The first Test will be played in Johannesburg from November 15 to 19, followed by the second and final Test in Centurion from November 23 to 27.
After the red-ball contests, the two sides will meet in a three-match ODI series scheduled for December 1, 4 and 7. The matches will be held in East London, Gqeberha and Cape Town respectively.
The tour will conclude with three T20 Internationals on December 10, 12 and 13. The first T20I will take place in Kimberley, the second in Benoni and the final match in Centurion. Bangladesh are expected to return home in the second week of December after completing the full tour.
Following the Bangladesh series, South Africa will host England for a multi-format tour featuring three Tests and three ODIs. The England series, involving Ben Stokes and Harry Brook, will run from December 17 to January 15.
