The historic inaugural edition of the tournament will take place from April 4 to April 14, 2026, with matches set to be held in Dhaka and Chattogram.
To ensure the smooth organisation of the competition, the BCB has formed a governing council for the tournament.
BCB director and chairperson of the board’s Women’s Wing, Rubaba Dowla, will lead the WBPL Governing Council, overseeing all operational and administrative matters related to the event.
