Bangladesh all-rounder Mehidy Hasan Miraz and pacer Taskin Ahmed are among the registered players.
The organisers have not yet released the full list of registered players. The six franchises have already been provided with the rules and financial structure for the auction.
Each franchise will have a purse of USD 1,300,000 besides the unutilised funds from the USD 700,000 that was available for direct signings and retentions.
At the end of the auction, each franchise must have spent a minimum of USD 1.5 million and a maximum of USD 2 million (excluding a Wildcard player that may be added after the auction).
Each franchise must build a squad of at least 18 and no more than 23 players. The squads must include a minimum of 11 players from ICC Full Member nations, including at least four from Afghanistan and one from Ireland.
Teams must also have at least four UAE players, one from Kuwait and one from Saudi Arabia, along with at least one additional player from an ICC Associate Member country, excluding the UAE, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.
Players entering the auction can have base prices of US$10,000, US$40,000 or US$80,000. Registration for the auction began in July and closed on September 12.
The fifth season of the ILT20 is scheduled to run from November 21 to December 20, with the six franchises completing their squads through the October 1 auction.
