Veteran Mohammad Ashraful announced that this year's Dhaka Premier League (DPL) would be his last appearance in the white-ball format of domestic cricket.
The former national team captain also revealed that he will play his final season of DPL, NCL and BCL but he wants to try for the national team for one more year.

"This would be my final premier league season, I will soon retire from NCL and BCL. But I want to try for the national team one more year," Ashraful told Cricfrenzy.

Ashraful set to play for Mohammedan Sporting Club, he featured for Brothers Unions in the last season. The right-handed batter will be joined by Shakib al Hasan, Imrul Kayes, Pakistan's Ifthikhar Ahmed and many more.
The upcoming DPL season will commence on March 15 and most of its matches will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur and at the BKSP grounds, with Fatullah Cricket Stadium in Narayanganj kept as an alternative venue.
