The Asian Cricket Council (ACC) has announced the schedule for the 2026 Women's T20 Asia Cup, with Bangladesh set to begin their campaign against Indonesia on August 30 in Dubai.

Bangladesh have been drawn in Group B alongside defending champions Sri Lanka, hosts United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Indonesia.

After their opening match, the Tigresses will face UAE on September 2 before taking on Sri Lanka in their final group-stage fixture on September 6.

The tournament will be held in Dubai from August 28 to September 13, with all matches taking place under lights at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium.

The top two teams from each group will qualify for the semi-finals, scheduled for September 10 and 11, while the final will be played on September 13.

Group A features India, Pakistan, Thailand and Hong Kong China, with the much-anticipated India-Pakistan clash set for September 5.

This will be the sixth edition of the Women's Asia Cup in the T20 format.

Sri Lanka enter the tournament as defending champions, while Bangladesh remain the only other team besides India to have won the title, having lifted the trophy in 2018.
