Bangladeshi all-rounder Mohammad Saifuddin is set to return to competitive cricket, joining the Atlanta Fire in the Minor Cricket League in the United States.
Saifuddin shone in the last edition of Bangladesh Premier League (BPL), taking eight wickets while playing for Fortune Barisal. However, the batting all-rounder failed to get selected for the T20 World Cup 2024.
He recently opted out of the Bangladesh Tigers training camp to support his wife during pregnancy and had to miss opportunities to play in GT20 Canada due to visa issues.
In addition, former Bangladeshi cricketer Athar Ali Khan will appeared as a commentator in the tournament.
