Sri Lanka announce 16-member squad for ODI series against Bangladesh

Veteran batter Mushfiqur Rahim has been ruled out of the two-match Test series with a fractured right thumb, a BCB source confirmed today.

The first Test begins in Sylhet on March 22 while the second Test will get underway in Chattogram on March 29. Both Tests are part of the World Test Championship.

Mushfiqur was injured in the second over of the last ODI between Bangladesh and Sri Lanka yesterday, where Bangladesh clinched the three-match series.
