Darcie Brown ruled out of Bangladesh tour with injury

Australia pacer Darcie Brown has been ruled out of the white-ball series against Bangladesh due to a bone stress issue to her left foot.


Brown was due to fly out to Dhaka on Saturday alongside several of her teammates but will remain in Adelaide after scans revealed a stress injury to the navicular bone in her left foot, the front foot in her bowling action.

Aussie quick Grace Harris has joined the squad for the entire tour, comprising three T20Is and three ODIs after initially only being named for the T20I leg.


The first ODI will be played on March 21, the second and third game will be played on 24 and 27 March respectively.


Following the ODIs, the counterparts will take on each other in the three-match T20I series with the first match on March 31.
