Broadcasting pleases BPL viewers

The supporters of Bangladesh cricket on occasions showed displeasure with the production standard in the past, and Real Impact, the production partner of the Bangladesh Cricket Board took the initiative to make the experience better for the viewers.
With the intention of enhancing the viewing pleasure of Bangladesh cricket fans on TV or online platforms, Real Impact, has introduced latest technologies in the tenth edition of the Bangladesh Premier League.
Apart from the latest graphics which caught the eyes of the viewers in this edition Real Impact introduced the 4k technology for a better viewing experience.
The inclusion of buggy and spider cam also giving 360-degree view of the ground, providing the real-time feeling of the ground and intensity of the game. A total of 35 cameras are operating in the BPL with the likes of zing stumps, stump back camera, shield plotter and play trackers among the other latest features in the BPL this time around.
“The introduction of 4k to the BPL has taken it to the next level of coverage. Never before have we seen the quality here, enhanced for 3rd umpire decisions. Zing stumps have made decisions easier and quicker. When you then add drone, field plotter, AR graphics, buggy and Spider cam Real Impact is providing a coverage not seen in Bangladesh before,” said Tim Finlay –an experienced broadcasting director who is conducting the show from behind the scene told the media.
The production house also brings in some world class international commentators, such as Aamer Sohail, Curtly Ambrose, Russell Arnold are featuring in the BPL where the likes of Ramiz Raja and HD Ackerman are also expected to join the panel.
Since the viewing quality is improved, the cricket lovers of Bangladesh will surely hope for some better performances and competitive matches on the field in order to term this BPL an overall success.
