Essex Cricket to host Ireland-Bangladesh ODI series

Essex Cricket is set to host a three match One Day International (ODI) series between Ireland and Bangladesh in May 2023 at the Cloud County Ground.
Bangladesh have already qualified for the 2023 ICC Cricket World Cup, and the Ireland will seek a chance to qualify automatically for the global tournament, which India will host in October.
The series will also build up to a busy summer for Ireland that includes them returning to Chelmsford on 26-28 May for a first-class Tourist match against Essex at Chelmsford before their Test match with England at Lord’s in June.

Ireland will host India for three T20Is in August.
