Rashid completes 500 T20 wickets in SA20

Afghanistan all-rounder Rashid Khan added yet another feather to his cap on Monday as he completed 500 wickets in the T20 format during the ongoing SA20.
Rashid is currently leading MI Cape Towns in the ongoing SA20 and with three wins in six games, his team is well placed at third position in six-team competition.
Rashid attained the feat during the match between MI Cape Town and Pretoria Capitals when he returned Imaad Fortuin.

He is the second player to reach the milestone after West Indies's all-rounder Dwayne Bravo who took 614 matches and Rashid took only 371 matches.
Last year, Rashid was named as the Afghanistan T20I captain by the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB), replacing Mohammad Nabi, who stepped down as captain in November, after Afghanistan’s elimination from the T20 World Cup.
