Afghanistan pacer Naveen-ul-Haq has pulled out of the Big Bash League (BBL) after Australia decided to cancel the ODI series against the Afghans.
The cancellation of the series came after Australia mentioned similar reasons for scrapping a one-off Test against Afghanistan, supposed to be played in Hobart in November 2021.

Amid the recent development, Naveen has expressed his disappointment over CA’s decision, stating that he won’t be participating in the Big Bash League (BBL) anymore.
"Time to say won't be participating in the big bash after this until they stop these childish decisions that's how they went about the one-off Test now ODI when a country is going through so much in place of being supportive you want to take the only reason of happiness from them #CA," Naveen-ul-Haq posted on Twitter.
Naveen was part of the Sydney Sixers squad in the ongoing BBL season. In fact, he has featured in a couple of games for Sixers as well, claiming a total of two wickets.
