Shakib Al Hasan’s Birthday Wish: Tamim Iqbal’s quick recovery

Bangla Tigers has announced Bangladesh Test and T20 captain Shakib Al Hasan as their icon player on Thursday for the upcoming season of the Abu Dhabi T10 Cricket League.

“It will be my very first season in the latest format of cricket and I am excited to join the Bangla Tigers. I love to face new challenges and this tournament is a new challenge for me. Hope I’ll succeed over this challenge and make a new history for Bangla tigers” Shakib said after signing the contract.

Bangla Tigers also added Elvin Lewis, Colin Munro in the squad and retained Mohammad Amir and Matheesha Pathirana from their previous squad.

Earlier, former international cricketer of Bangladesh national team and former head coach of Bangla Tigers Aftab Ahmed have been appointed once again as the head coach.

He is replaced by the former coach Stuart Law.

Meanwhile, Former BCB coach and BKSP cricket advisor Nazmul Abedeen Fahim is appointed as a mentor for Bangla Tigers for the upcoming season of ADT10.

Richard Stonier, the biggest blessing of the Bangladesh Under 19 team is appointed as the trainer & Assistant of Bangla Tigers for the upcoming ADT10 league held in Abu Dhabi.
