LSG beat DC in a thriller

After defeating Delhi Capitals by 6 runs in a thriller in Match 45 at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on Sunday, Lucknow Super Giants climbed to second place in the IPL 2022 points standings.
KL Rahul and Deepak Hooda both scored fiftys as LSG compiled a total of 195 for three after deciding to bat. LSG got off to a fantastic start after deciding to bat, with Rahul and Quinton de Kock adding 41 runs in the first four overs.
Delhi made the breakthrough after eliminating de Kock, thanks to Shardul Thakur. Before the latter was dismissed, Rahul (77) and Deepak Hooda (52) contributed 95 runs for the second wicket.
Thakur grabbed three wickets for DC.
DC was held to a total of 189 for seven in response. Before Rishabh Pant and Mitchell Marsh helped DC get back on track, they lost two early wickets.
Before K Gowtham disqualified Stoinis, both seemed to be running away with the game. DC then continued to lose wickets at regular intervals, falling barely short of the mark.
LSG’s Mohsin Khan finished with figures of 4-0-16-4.
