The Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) will have cricket fans back at the venues when the top four teams clash in the play-offs. BCB media committee chairman Tanvir Ahmed Titu confirmed it to the media on Sunday.
“A number of spectators have been allowed to enter the field. About 3 to 4 thousand spectators will be able to watch the game. However, tickets won’t be sold directly, to avoid chaos. However, we will deliver the tickets to the spectators through the franchises,” said Titu.
Spectators are required to have completed two doses of Covid-19 vaccines and wear masks before entering the stadium. Moreover, the spectators must abide by government hygiene rules.

The chairman of the media committee of the BCB said, “The spectators have to come to the field following the government guidelines. They should wear mask. Those who have been completed two jabs of vaccines will have to come to the field with the vaccine certificate,” he added.
The knock-out stages of the ongoing edition will be played at the Sher e Bangla National Stadium under strict bio bubbles.
Khulna Tigers and Chattogram Challengers will lock horns in the eliminator match at Mirpur on February 14.
