Fortune Barishal wicketkeeper Nurul Hassan Sohan has been fined 20% of his match fees for a Level 1 breach of the BCB Code of Conduct.

The player was fined for dissenting against an umpire's decision during his team's Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League T20 2022 match against Sylhet Sunrisers on February 8 at the SICS, Sylhet, and was in violation of Article 2.4 of the BCB Code of Conduct for Players.

In addition, Sohan's disciplinary record has been updated with one demerit point.
