Former Australian fast bowler Shaun Tait has expressed interest in becoming Bangladesh's pace-bowling coach if BCB wants to add him to the position.
Tait, who has been appointed as the bowling coach of Chattogram Challengers in Bangladesh Premier League (BPL) has expressed his desire in a recent interview with Cricfrenzy.
"I will do it, I will do it. Yes, of course. You send them this interview and tell them to give me the job,” said Tait during practice at Sher e Bangla National Stadium.

Tait had worked with Afghanistan in 2021. He has five months of experience as a pace bowling mentor for the Afghanistan national team.
Tait, who retired from cricket in 2017, has worked for the Melbourne Renegades in the Big Bash League. He has also worked with the Bangla Tigers in the T-10 league.
Recently, Ottis Gibson had decided not to renew his contract as he joined Multan Sultans in Pakistan Super League starting on January 27.
The 52-year old had coaching stints with England, West Indies and South Africa previously. The high point of his coaching career was when West Indies won the Men’s T20 World Cup in 2012.
