Amir pulls out of T-10 after getting affected by Covid-19

Former Pakistan pacer Mohammed Amir on Thursday has pulled out of the Abu Dhabi T10 League after being infected with the coronavirus.
Amir, who had to represent Bangla Tigers in the fifth edition of the league, said that he is on his road to recovery and urged fans for prayers.
“Hi everyone just wanted to say I am not playing T10 league this year because I got affected with the covid but now I am fine ALHUMDULILLAH just need prayers for the speedy recovery,” tweeted Mohammad Amir.

Amir announced his retirement in 2019, was a party of the franchise Bangla Tigers that also features the likes of Faf du Plessis, James Faulkner, Andre Fletcher and Hazratullah Zazai.
The Abu Dhabi T10 kicks off on November 19 at Abu Dhabi's Zayed Cricket Stadium with six teams participating and the final will be played on December 4.
All matches in the tournament will be held at the Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium in Abu Dhabi.
