Sajedul pursue umpiring career

Former Bangladesh pace bowler Sajedul Islam has become the second Bangladeshi Test player to take up umpiring.
He made his debut with the Sheikh Kamal U-18 National Cricket Competition 2020-21 match between Sylhet U-18 and Barisal U-18 at the BKSP.

The 33-year-old is the second Bangladeshi Test player after Enamul Hoque Moni to officiate as an umpire.
Sajedul played three Tests for Bangladesh between 2008 to 2013,also has three Test wickets with a career-best bowling figure of 2 for 71 against New Zealand in Dunedin.
Sajedul made his only T20I appearance against Zimbabwe in 2013. Sajedul was also a regular player in the NCL before he was called up to the national team.
