The cricket world saw three hat-tricks on the same day in England's Vitality T20 Blast. Yorkshire's Lockie Ferguson, Kent's Adam Milne and Middlesex's Blake Cullen claimed hat-tricks in different matches on Friday (July 2).
Blackcaps fast bowlers Lockie Ferguson and Adam Milne have both taken hat-tricks and a four-wicket hauls, helping their Yorkshire and Kent sides to victories over Lancashire and Surrey respectively.
Lockie Ferguson wrapped up Yorkshire’s win by picking up a hat-trick in the final over to hand his side a nine-run win over Lancashire in the T20 Blast. The New Zealand speedster finished with stunning figures of 4/24.
Milne took a hat-trick during the last over as he dismissed Ollie Pope and Kyle Jamieson before adding the wicket of Laurie Evans with the final ball to seal an impressive 11-run win over Surrey with figures of 4/38.
While Cullen grabbed the hat-trick during his second over while Somerset were batting first. He castled Lewis Goldsworthy, Ben Green and Merchant de Lange during the 14th over.
