Bangladesh cannot take Zimbabwe lightly, admitted by Abdur Razzak, a former Bangladesh left-arm spinner who is now a selector, since they are a dangerous team in their own backyard.
Bangladesh began practicing on Thursday in preparation for the two-day warm-up competition that begins on Saturday.

"I think we cannot treat them in the same manner as we do when we play them at home. They are a good side on home soil," Razzak said during the practice today.
According to Razzak, the conditions would be difficult, and Zimbabwe will have an advantage in this regard.
"Our players aren't very familiar with these conditions here. Zimbabwe will have an advantage since they know the conditions pretty well. They are a good side and can bounce back quickly here," added the selector.
Bangladesh and Zimbabwe will play a one-off Test match in Harare on July 7. Bangladesh will play their first Test in Zimbabwe since 2013.
