The national team's tour of Zimbabwe has been confirmed by the Bangladesh Cricket Board. The crew is set to depart on Tuesday for a month-long tour.

The schedule has now been finalised with Zimbabwe Cricket, according to BCB cricket operations committee chairman Akram Khan.

“The tour has finally been confirmed with ZC. As per the initial schedule, the team will leave on June 28 (early June 29), and the series will start on July 7. The schedule for the matches remains the same,” said Akram to the media Monday.

Bangladesh will face Zimbabwe in the lone Test match on July 7 at Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo, following Covid-19 quarantine formalities in Zimbabwe and multiple practice sessions.

The teams will next travel to Harare for the three One-Day Internationals, which will be held on July 16, 18, and 20. On July 23, 25, and 27, the three T20s will be played at the same location.
