Mominul Haque, Bangladesh Test captain undoubtedly one of the finest Test batsmen in our country, had scored 11 Test centuries in his career, got his first away ton in recently concluded series against Sri Lanka at Pallekelle. The left-handed batsman is labeled as a “Test player”, who is keen to play the ODIs too for the country.
During a special live session with Cricfrenzy on Wednesday, the player from Cox's Bazar has hinted that as a player he still believes he will play ODI games for Bangladesh.
“I don't care if you [Audience] don't believe it. I believe in myself. As a cricketer, I can only dream that I will play ODIs again. I see that dream” he said.

29 years old Mominul, who played 28 ODI matches and scored 557 runs with an average of 22.28, last played against Pakistan in the 2018 Asia Cup. He knows that this won’t be an easy task to include in the ODI squad again but he has not given up hope.
“In fact, if I have such a plan, I will not say how and when I will do it. It's hard for me to say that now. I have not given up yet that I will not play ODIs at all” he added.
