This year's T20I World Cup will be held in India in October and November. Although Bangladesh is not a particularly strong team in the T20 format, Dawid Malan believes the team has a great chance of succeeding because they are playing in sub continental conditions.
The left-arm batsman thinks that Bangladesh has enough cricketers to take up different types of challenges in T20I World Cup.

On an interview with Cricfrenzy Malan said, “It’s not for me to comment on what they have to do. I think that's the coach and the captain's job to work that out. But I definitely think they have the player to sort of challenge, especially with the World Cup coming up in subcontinent conditions,”
“This is also a place of strength for Bangladesh, so hopefully they can put together. Hopefully it's not against England. If England play against Bangladesh in that World Cup, hope they all do it,” he added.
Despite playing for the England national team, Malan followed all forms of cricket. He said that it is beneficial to follow the game of different cricketers and teams. Meanwhile, the left-arm batsman praised the Bangladesh team.
“I follow all cricket. As we spoke earlier… got friends and things and different teams that you can follow and you hope that do well, but I think Bangladesh has got an extremely talented team. They've got some unbelievable players. I think the the key for them is just to put it all together. They definitely have the players to do that.”
