Bangladesh team to play a practice match Tomorrow

Tamim urges for qualified candidates in upcoming BCB elections

Bangladesh team will play a practice match on March 16 before the forthcoming series against New Zealand. Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) have announced the two squads for the practice match.
Bangladesh ODI captain Tamim Iqbal and Najmul Hossain Shanto will captain the two teams in the match which will start at 11 am local time (4 am Bangladesh time). Apart from Bangladesh cricketers, 5 local cricketers from New Zealand will also participate in the XI.

According to the schedule, the first ODI of the series will be played on March 20. The next two matches will be on March 23 and 26. The two teams will play the matches in Dunedin, Christchurch and Wellington. The series will conclude with the T20 series which commence on March 28, 30 and April 1. The matches will be played in Napier, Auckland and Hamilton.

Tamim XI: Tamim Iqbal, Naim Sheikh, Soumya Sarkar, Mohammad Mithun, Mahmudullah Riyad, Sheikh Mahedi Hasan, Nasum Ahmed, Mustafizur Rahman, Taskin Ahmed, Al Amin Hossain and one New Zealand batsman and one bowler.
Najmul XI: Liton Kumar Das, Najmul Hossain Shant, Afif Hossain Dhrubo, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mehedi Hasan Miraz, Mohammad Saifuddin, Shoriful Islam, Hasan Mahmud, Rubel Hossain and three local New Zealand cricketers.
