New Zealand are the most difficult opponent to deal with in their soil as the wicket has always been quick. However, Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batsman Nurul Hasan Sohan thinks it will not be very difficult to bat there when the ball gets old.
Sohan made his ODI debut in 2016 against New Zealand. However, 27 years old batsman was not named in the squad for the upcoming series, but he gave some ideas to the team for better results.

“It is really difficult to play in New Zealand's weather and conditions. If we can pass the new ball, we can easily adapt to it, if we dont give more than one wicket in the first 10 overs, then it will be much easier for the batsmen to make runs. My ODI and Test debut was in New Zealand. It's fun to bat with the old ball.” Sohan said.

This is Bangladesh's fifth tour of New Zealand so far, Tigers failed to win in any previous tours on Kiwi soil. Sohan believes Bangladesh will bring positive results from this tour.
"We have visited New Zealand many times before, I think this time the result will be better. The new ball is a little difficult for batsmen. But if we can handle the new ball, it becomes easier to bat with the old ball” he added.
The New Zealand series will start from March 20, where the Tigers will play 3 ODIs and three T20 matches.
