The three days warm-up match between BCB XI and the visitors West Indies have ended with a draw in Chattogram as BCB XI scored 63 for 2 wickets of their second innings, while chasing the target of 389 runs.
Target of a big total, Nurul Hasan Sohan's team had only 29 overs in hand. Saif Hassan (7) went back at the beginning of the innings. He fell into the trap of leg beaver with the ball of Raymon Reifer. Naeem Shaikh could not last more than 4 balls. Naeem also makes it back to the pavilion in Reifers bowl. Then Yasir Ali Chowdhury Rabbi and opening batsman Shadman Islam took the helm of the team. Rabbi remained unbeaten on 33 off 56 balls with 5 fours and 1 six. On the other hand, left-arm batsman Shadman remained unbeaten on 23 runs. At the end of the day, both the teams have to be satisfied with the draw in the preparation match.

The Caribbeans started their day with 179 runs for 5 wickets. The visitors' second innings ended with 291 runs. At the beginning of the day, pacer Khaled Ahmed sent Nkrumah Bonner, who scored the highest run for the Windies XI (80), and then mountain man Rahkeem Cornwall (4) was sent off to the dressing room by Mukidul Islam Mugdho. As a result, the visitors lost two wickets early, Joshua da Silva and Reifer took charge of rescuing the team from the brink of disaster. The eighth wicket partnership contributed 82 runs.

Joshua returned after scoring 46 runs from 4 runs away from the half century. After losing the remaining two wickets in between 19 runs, the visitors' innings was reduced to 291 runs. Reifer remained unbeaten on 49 runs. Mugdho took 4 wickets for BCB XI. Khaled took 3 wickets and Saif 2 wickets individually.
