Bangladesh Cricket Board is planning to reduce the duration of the Under-19 camp after postponement of the U-19 Asia Cup.
BCB game development had already instructed to the team management to extend break duration considering few junior Tigers were found out with Covid-19 symptoms.

‘’We have decided to extend the break period for couple of days as we have found out two or three Under-19 cricketers with corona symptoms but we are yet to close the camp,’’ BCB’s game development manager AEM Kawser told Daily Sun on Tuesday.
‘’We are thinking to reduce the camp duration[one month] and complete it by three weeks as the Asia Cup is postponed. Already we had one month camp earlier and we feel that three weeks will be good enough considering there is no Asia Cup though any decision is yet to be made,’’ he said.
The forthcoming Under-19 Asia Cup, that was scheduled to be played in November in the UAE has been postponed,
It was learnt that the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) had urged member boards to give their opinion about playing the tournament before scrapping it due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It will be shifted to another suitable time in 2021.
