Pacers to start full-fledged bowling from next month

Bangladesh pace bowlers have started their individual training in different grounds of the country in the second phase of the training and they will bowl in full fitness from the next months of training.
Most of the pace bowlers are focusing on physical fitness in this time after the long forced break due to coronavirus pandemic for the last five months
Bangladesh left-arm fast bowler Mustfizur Rahman told a local Bengali daily that he will bowl at full run-up from the next month.

"I am bowling four to five overs a day, I am bowling in short run-up just to get the feel of bowling I will bowl like this in this month. I am trying to get over my anxiety of bowling. From the next month, I will bowl at full rum up," Mustfizur told that bangle newspaper
Test specialist fast bowler Abu Jayed Rahi who is practising in his home ground at Sylhet international stadium also said that they are focusing more on physical fitness rather than match fitness.
"It will take time to get back to full fitness. the board has informed us not to bowl much during this time. We have a lot of time in our hands.everybody will come back to fitness level in due time.over all we have had good fitness," Rahi said.
"It will take time to go back to bowling fitness level. In the meantime we are focusing on physical fitness," he added
Alamin Hossain another front line pace bowler of Bangladesh also claims that they have no fitness problems of any of the fast bowler.
"We are practising a lot every day, there is no fitness problem of anyone.we are doing spot bowling gym work and running as well. I have heard there is a lot of practice match in the coming month, I have heard they will not give net bowler if this happens we will have more chances of bowling," He added.
