Bangladesh Batting Consultant Neil McKenzie said there is no dearth of talent in the current contingent of Bangladesh but everyone needs to follow their respective batting style.
Citing the names of the players like Tamim Iqbal and Mushfiqur Rahim, McKenzie also said they should try their best to contribute to the team’s development and success as well.

There are some other players like Shakib Al Hasan, Mahmudullah Riyad, Mominul Haque beside them. Already these players have a vast volume of experience in international cricket from where they can deliver it to the young generation to help them for the future.
“I’ve mentioned many times that Bangladesh are definitely not lacking for talent, there’s lots of young batters and senior batters around at the moment and competition for places is quite fierce,” Neil McKenzie said.
“Tamim, Mushy come into the net very specifically about what they want to train and that’s what it’s all about. Learning from people around you, learning from guys you played with, guys you sort of played against and find your own method,” McKenzie told local national English daily.
“I think if you take breads of pieces of people you enjoy or wanna play like or wanna practice like but you’re definitely gonna put it into your own sort of play, your own individual practice regime and game plans,” he said, signing off.
