Mashrafe wife tested corona negative

Sumona Haque Sumi, wife of former Bangladesh skipper and running party Member of Parliament (MP) of Narail-2 constituency Mashrafe bin Mortaza has also been tested COVID-19 negative.

Sumi was tested COVID-19 positive on July 6 and got herself isolated from her children.

She is now stayed at her Mirpur-12 residensial house along with her husband Mashrafe who was also tested positive before her.

After receiving test result, Mashraf took to his Facebook account to inform his fans and well-being at home and abroad that he was tested negative for coronavirus on July 14.

Therefore, Sumi confirmed her result of being COVID-19 negative through her Facebook page today.

"My COVID-19 report is negative. Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah finally got relieved. All our gratitude is to Almighty Allah as well as to my well-wishers who have prayed for us in this difficult time," Sumi wrote on her Facebook page.

Mashrafe got affected by the deadly virus on June 20. Two days later, his younger brother Morsalin bin Mortaza and then Mashrafe's wife Sumona Haque Sumi got affected by the coronavirus.

Mashrafe sent his two children Humaira and Sahel to his grandfather's house in Narail soon after he got in contact with the highly contagious virus.

Noteworthy, both Mashrafe and Sumi extended their hands towards the poor and distressed people around the constituency at the beginning of the newly-emerged virus.

For this, something they physically went to the people with daily essential and financial aid.
