Bangladesh wicketkeeper-batsman Mushfiqur Rahim revealed that though he is dejected about this break but he is looking for the brighter picture out of it.
The year 2020 was supposed to be one of the most busy schedule for the Bangladesh team, where for the first time the tenth Test-playing nation was scheduled to play 10 five-day matches.
But due to the COVID-19 pandemic the Tigers happened to just covered two Test one is against Pakistan and one against Zimbabwe. The rest of the matches got postponed.

Speaking about it the highest individual run-scorer in Test for the country Mushfiqur said that the time is obviously challenging and frustrating but despite that players have to think positively and revise the good things what he have done for the last five-seven years to make this break time fruitful.
"Definitely I think, as a player, it's obviously a challenging and frustrating period. But I always believe that what God does is for good. You never know, maybe I could be injured and had to stay out of cricket for five or six months. So I'm always trying to think positively," Mushfiqur said.
"I think this rest or break is definitely needed for any player from time to time. Maybe not lengthy like this. But even then, the idea about your own game gets better, whatever I've done well in the last five-seven years, make sure to revise those things a little bit again. So all in all, I think it's a good time," he added.
However, the 33-year-old right-hander have some despair about not getting to play the Test matches. But hoping that the pandemic will minimize and the cricketing activities will resume soon.
"But I think the opportunity to play 10 Tests is going to be a big loss for Bangladesh cricket. Because even though we have passed almost 20 years, we have not been able to perform consistently in the place that everyone wanted. One of the reasons was that we play very few Tests every year," he said.
"This year since the Test Championship there was an opportunity to play 10 Tests but unfortunately it is not happening because of this pandemic. Every series is getting postponed," he added.
"We hope that God will save us from this epidemic very soon. And we can get back to cricket activities very soon," Mushfiqur concluded.
