Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan and wicket-keeper batsman Mushfiqur Rahim will join an online session with coaches of their alma mater- Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protishtan (BKSP) on Thursday
BKSP, the only sports institute of the country, is famous for breeding ground of the country’s most of the athletes, the bulk of whom dominated the country’s leading sporting events including cricket, football, shooting, archery and so on.
There are many more national cricketers who hailed from the BKSP while Shakib and Mushfiqur are among them.

BKSP is a residential training academy and as per government rules has vacated the institution due to coronavirus pandemic.
The students who were enrolled in the cricket department, from class 8 to class 12, were now attending online classes to maintain their physical and mental fitness.
BKSP’s deputy director in-charge and cricket coach Motiur Rahman told Cricfrenzyon Wednesday that the duo will join them in the online session that can be termed as something like exchanging views with the coaches.
‘’They will share their experience with the coaches during the time they stayed in BKSP as well give us some valuable suggestions on how to improve our standards,’’ said Motiur.
‘’There will be around 20 coaches in the online session and we hope to get some good feedbacks from them,’’ he said.
“We’ll also try to learn about the things they found difficult in their BKSP student life,’’ he concluded.
The other cricketers like Liton Kumar Das, Soumya Sarkar and Anamul Haque Bijoy have already joined the online session.
