Bangladesh fast bowler Taskin Ahmed feels that he paid the price of failing to maintain required composure after his early success.
Taskin made his international debut in 2014 and was considered by many pundits to lead Bangladesh pace attack.
However, Taskin failed to live up to the expectations and now like many other talented cricketers trying to make a comeback in the national team, featuring for Tigers in 2018 against Sri Lanka in a T-20 match.

The pace bowler reflect the mistake that he made after his debut matches in a Cricfrenzy lockdown live session
‘’When I made my debut in international cricket I had a very strong work ethic before that. I started playing in all format of the game and at that time I could not maintain myself maintenance and do the rehabilitation well,’’ said Taskin.
‘’I failed to understand what to do and what not to do because I was in a flow at that time,’’ he said adding that he never thought of getting dropped from the team at that time.
‘’I thought that I will always play well. I never thought of playing badly at that time. I never thought of having bad patches in my career or even getting dropped from the team and I feel that I was pretty late to understand it,’’ he said.
‘’It is true that every player has ups and downs in their career and if I could understand earlier about those things earlier I would not have so many injuries in my career,’’ he concluded
