Bangladesh’s pace bowler Rubel Hossain said that his rivalry goes with Virat Kohli since the Under-19 days.
The rivalry of Virat and Rubel is a treat to watch in the battle as both of them seem to have a psychological boost while taking the upper hand over one another.

‘’I played under-19 with Virat Kohli. Since then I have had a little conflict with him. In the Under-19s, he used to do a lot of sledging,’’ Rubel told Tamim when he asked him about it in his Facebook live program
‘’Maybe it is a little less in the national team, but in the Under-19s used to do a lot of sledging,’’ he said.
‘’There was a tri-series in South Africa, and he was sledging heavily. He was mauling every batsman of ours who was going to bat. At that time we had a brawl. After getting him out, I said something bad. At that time Kohli turned the bat towards me and started to use offensive words, so, I was walking towards him. It happened during the Under-19 time. I was walking towards him, he was coming towards me,’’ he said.
‘’Then the umpire came and solved the matter. That's when my conflict with him started and then to the World Cup.
You know what kind of sledging he used to do and especially with us. I also had a fight of words with him in the national team matches. Originally it started from the Under-19 days,’’ he said.
