Bangladesh Cricket Board should introduce rotation system while playing their fast bowler in all the three formats of the game according to BCB chief physician Dr Debashis Chowdhury,
The BCB should lay out a plan prior to a series or tournament and give them an indication of preparing themselves for the games.
There are more than 20 young and experienced pace bowlers, the bulk of whom have already played for the national team and some are waiting to break into the side.

Regarding the injury of the pacers, BCB chief physician, Dr Debashis Chowdhury, said it’s not possible to have the pacers hundred percent fit for the games.
“The bowlers have injuries of various nature. None of them is hundred percent fit. And it’s not possible to make sure to have them hundred per cent fit and sound,” said Debashis Chowdhury.
“When one is injured, he never makes hundred per cent recovery or returns to his previous state. But it varies on the basis of age. A child gets a quicker recovery than a full-fledged man or woman. But there is a chance for a child to make full recovery,” Chowdhury told a leading newspaper.
“But we normally bring the pacer back in the game through injury management. This way, we attempt to get them fit for the games over the years,” he added.
A string of fresh pace bowlers likes of Hasan Mahmud, Mehidy Hasan Rana, Salahuddin Sakil, Shoriful Islam, Shafiqul Islam, Tanjib Hasan Shakib, along with some other young talented bowlers, are showcasing their bowling instincts in different tournaments and league on the domestic circuit.
BCB fast-bowling coach Dipu Rai Choudhury said they have to focus more on their fast bowlers as they’ve no quality leg-spinner or wrist-spinner to do well in overseas conditions.
